This session will offer insights into how HR leaders can position themselves as valued partners capable of building the coalitions and alliances needed to advance high-stakes agendas. The presentation will walk through a case study of how an HR team at a large public institution successfully implemented of a major change involving multiple stakeholder groups. This session will be interactive and invite participants to share techniques they use at their respective institutions to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in for HR initiatives.

Logistics: Middlesex College (2600 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison, NJ, 08818) – West Hall, Parkview Room (located on the first floor). Parking is free in either lot 1 or 2
