Dear CUPA-HR New Jersey Chapter Member,

We hope that this message finds you, your families and your colleagues well as we find ourselves at the conclusion of another academic year.

We are excited to announce that on Thursday, June 15, at 10 a.m. the CUPA-HR New Jersey Chapter will host a Zoom Webinar titled “Measuring DEI through Equity Analytics” in partnership with TIAA. This session will focus on TIAA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion journey, including a review of their recently implemented measurement and analytic standards that used to measure the success of various DEI initiatives. We invite you to join us to learn about these measures, and to listen as TIAA takes us through their experience reviewing their outcomes and identifying areas for future strategic growth. The presentation will equip you with tools to take back to your respective college or university to evaluate the success of your organization’s own DEI initiatives as we collectively continue to develop more open and inclusive work environments. Immediately following the presentation, participants will be split into break-out rooms to discuss the measurements presented and to share their experiences with DEI on their respective campuses.
