CUPA-HR New Jersey Chapter Announces March Session:
Let’s Talk… New Jersey!
Join us for a guided discussion and networking session that is designed to allow our chapter to reconnect and open up about the issues that are currently facing our HR offices. Members of the current and past Executive Board will lead breakout sessions on the following topics:
- Employee engagement and morale
- Recruitment & retention of employees
- Under the mask, our new “normal”
Participants will get to meet new and existing members to vocalize their triumphs and tribulations from the past year. We are excited to bring the chapter together to facilitate this discussion and allow some virtual “face-time” for our chapter.
The session will end with a three-minute “mental massage” that will allow the group to reset and refocus as they head back into their work day.
