Tuesday Talks - Join for our newest event - Tuesday Talks — your monthly dose of bite-sized professional development! This virtual series follows a "book club" format where each month we’ll recommend a short LinkedIn Learning course (or other training) for you to watch at your convenience. Then, we’ll gather for a one-hour virtual discussion to reflect, share takeaways, and explore how to apply what we’ve learned in our everyday work. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your HR skills, boost leadership confidence, or explore timely workplace topics, Tuesday Talks is your go-to space for growth, conversation, and connection. Come curious. Leave inspired!
Wisdom Wednesday’s - We offer 1-hour virtual sessions in between our in-person events that will occur on the third Wednesday of a month. To that end, if any of you have a specific topic that you would like us to explore, please feel free to email us here.
CUPA-NJ – Champions – Are you passionate about HR? Are you a great communicator? Would you like to get more directly involved in supporting, growing and elevating our chapter. We are looking for a volunteer from each of our member institutions to serve as “Champions”. For more details visit our Champions page.
CUPA-NJ CARES! - We will continue our initiative to provide an opportunity for our attendees to “give back” to our Host Institutions and their communities. At each event we will be asking those attending to bring a nominal donation [non-perishable food item, basic care items, new toy, gently used professional attire] that we will collect and provide to our Host Campus to donate to their on-campus/local food pantry, Toy’s 4 Tot’s drive, Hire Attire, etc. as a Thank You for serving as our Host for the day.
We’re excited and eager to embark on the year ahead. It’s going to be an awesome adventure, and we can’t wait to see all of you in September!

Participation in the CUPA-HR New Jersey Chapter is open to all higher education HR professionals in our area!
