I look forward to seeing you on Friday for an interactive session on Understanding Behavioral Styles & Effective Communication Through DISC. You’ll gain insights into your own communication style, learn how to adapt to others, and develop strategies to overcome workplace communication barriers.
We will be building on the valuable insights shared during the last session with Nigel Franklyn, taking a deeper dive into the 1,2,3,4 Exercise, but with a focus on the four DiSC behavioral styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. If you remember your number from the last session, that will work fine for Friday’s session. While there are certainly parallels between the 1, 2, 3, 4 self-perception exercise, it is not fully equivalent to a DISC assessment. I invite you to take a FREE online assessment (short version) offered by the Professional Leadership Institute in advance of Friday’s workshop, which can be found here: https://professionalleadershipinstitute.com/disc-assessment/. It will only take between 10-15 minutes, and you will receive a summary report to reference during the workshop, making it a much more meaningful experience for us all.Â
