Joshua Rivedal
Joshua Rivedal of The i’Mpossible Project—author, stand-up comic, and mental health specialist—delivered an impactful session blending storytelling, humor, and practical insight. His presentation emphasized the importance of prioritizing personal well-being in order to effectively support colleagues and teams. Attendees gained actionable strategies for managing stress, strengthening resilience, and building sustainable self-care practices applicable both professionally and personally.
Carolyn Dellatore
Carolyn Dellatore, Assistant Vice President for the Office of Workplace Culture at Rutgers University, shared insights from her work leading initiatives in policy and employment practices, employment equity, organizational and talent development, conflict transformation, and employee wellness. Drawing on Rutgers’ innovative Employee Partners for Conflict Transformation (EmPaCT) program and principles rooted in self-awareness, Carolyn highlighted practical strategies for transforming moments of tension into opportunities for growth and connection. Her session emphasized psychological safety, compassionate accountability, and fostering workplace cultures where every voice is valued and heard.
