In this session, Maria will share strategies for coaching employees, delivering meaningful feedback, navigating performance challenges, and documenting performance effectively while reducing organizational risk.
Drawing on nearly a decade of HR experience in higher education, the private sector, and city government, Maria brings expertise in employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and HR strategy. Attendees will leave with tools and best practices they can apply to foster employee growth, improve performance conversations, and support positive, high-performing workplace cultures.
