Analytics & Higher Education
Registration begins at 8:45 AM. Program start promptly at 9:00 AM.
Join us for a presentation on analytics in higher education and a discussion about other topical HR subjects on your plate in 2020. We will begin the program with a presentation from two of our Eastern Region Board of Directors, Sujata Malhotra, Deputy Director of Central Office Human Resources at CUNY and Michelle Fullem, Project Manager at University of Pittsburgh. Immediately following their presentation, Michael Monahan, the National Managing Principal, People and Culture at Grant Thornton, will facilitate a conversation about a range of pressing topics, including recruitment, employee retention and more.
We all have issues in 2020 that challenge us and keep us on our toes. Join your HR colleagues in the higher education community and get a better understanding how others are dealing with the same issues that you are facing.
We will discuss:
- Analytics in human resources: how can you best utilize data to learn new information and influence change in the workplace?
- Diversity recruitment: are you experiencing challenges in finding and retaining talent? What tools and strategies do others use to succeed
- Employee retention: Once you find great talent, how do you facilitate their success and longevity within the higher education workforce?
Please come with any topics that you’d like to discuss as well.
At the end of this program, attendees will walk away with a better understanding of how to utilize data in 2020 and how to implement strategies to assist them with critical workplace challenges.
Who Should Attend?
This program is designed for HR professionals from all HR disciplines and levels.
