Centered on the theme “Navigating HR’s Season of Change,” this engaging event will bring together colleagues for a day of learning, connection, and practical insight. Attendees can expect sessions on leadership, employee experience, and mentorship, along with a timely panel discussion focused on how higher education HR teams can navigate unprecedented challenges, such as: shifting workforce expectations, talent competition, and financial pressures while redefining the employee value proposition through actionable strategies and real-world insights. The NC CUPA-HR Spring Conference will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at Guilford Technical Community College Cameron Campus in Colfax, NC from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
