The morning session will focus on key trends and strategic considerations institutions should be preparing for as they look ahead to 2026. Topics will include:
- Prescription drug (Rx) plan trends and cost drivers
- Analysis of medical delivery systems and platforms
- Claims mitigation strategies and approaches to managing high-cost claims
Lunch Session
Presenter: Theresa McFalls, Saint Joseph’s University

During lunch, Theresa McFalls will highlight Saint Joseph’s University’s new classes focused on Neurodiversity in the Workplace. This session will explore how institutions can increase awareness, build inclusive workplace practices, and better support neurodivergent individuals through education and applied learning.

The afternoon session will focus on the strategic shift in Talent Acquisition for 2026, focusing on how organizations are moving from AI experimentation to integrated human-centric ecosystems. The core topics will include the following:
