I’m Erika, the Employee Engagement Lead at Howard University, and it’s truly an honor to serve as your 2025–2026 Chapter President. I’m incredibly excited about the year ahead and look forward to working alongside each of you to make this a meaningful and impactful year for our CUPA-HR community.
In addition to serving as your Chapter President, I’m also thrilled to share that I’ve been selected as one of twelve HR professionals nationwide to participate in the 2025–2026 CUPA-HR Emerging Leaders Program. It’s an exciting opportunity for growth and collaboration—and I’m eager to bring fresh insights and experiences back to our chapter.
