Join us on May 12 at 12:00 p.m. EST for a free webinar on The Power of Organizational Assessment! Presented by Luke Ronchetti, M.S., Organizational Design Consultant and Allison M. Vaillancourt, PhD, Vice President and Senior Consultant, Organizational Effectiveness, this presentation explores how colleges and universities often respond to challenges one issue at a time, leading to fragmented solutions, competing priorities, and limited long-term impact. For HR leaders, the question is not just how to solve problems, but when a broader organizational assessment is the right intervention.

Participants will gain practical guidance on how to recognize the signals that an assessment is needed, determine the appropriate scope (enterprise vs. unit-level), and position the work with senior leaders. The session will also highlight common pitfalls, strategies for engaging stakeholders, and ways to translate assessment findings into actionable, credible recommendations.
