About the Speakers
Annisia Osborne, MSHRLD, SHRM-CP, joined Workday as an HCM Solution Consultant 4 years ago. Prior to her tenure at Workday, she served as an HR Practitioner with experience spanning across Higher Education and State Government. Her love for HR began in her role as a University Recruiter at LSU in 2013, and she has continued to ensure various teams attract the best top talent, grow and nurture teams for operational excellence, and help organizations meet strategic initiatives through technological solutions. Outside of work, Annisia loves to travel, work out at Anytime Fitness, perform community service with her sorority sisters, and watch rom coms. Annisia resides in Baton Rouge, LA…GEAUX TIGERS!!
Erin Crawford recently joined Workday after spending the last 11+ years at LinkedIn supporting organizations with their talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning and development strategies. Her passion is helping high-caliber talent teams leverage technology and AI to help them get back to the core parts of their job that they love the most – connecting with and helping people.
Outside of work, you can catch Erin at the Little League baseball fields with her son, cheering on her competitive gymnast daughter from the sidelines, and enjoying water sports on the lake all summer with family and friends.
Erin resides in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
