About the Speaker
Kristen Craft is a Talent & Organizational Development Specialist in Clemson University's Office of Human Resources. She holds a master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is a certified DISC coach, bringing an evidence-based, human-centered approach to leadership development, professional growth, and organizational change. Her work focuses on helping professionals build self-awareness, strengthen skills, and navigate the University environment with greater clarity and confidence. Previously, Kristen served as an adjunct psychology instructor at Erskine College and in an operations management role at AIM Charity, where she designed a workforce development program and led operational and HR improvements. These experiences inform her practical, systems-oriented approach to development and continuous improvement. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
