Join us as we spend a productive day with colleagues from across the Greater NY State to share information on legislative issues, brainstorm solutions to address the challenges facing our universities, and share creative initiatives happening on our college campuses.
We will be covering a wide range of topics, the highlights of which include:
A presentation by Andy Brantley, president and CEO of CUPA-HR on the latest data and ideas around the importance of engagement on our campuses.
Representatives from Bond, Schoeneck & King will discuss the impact of the #MeToo movement is having on issues of sexual harassment in the Workplace, and on campuses.
Greater New York Chapter Board members will discuss efforts underway at their campuses to focus on inclusivity and inclusion.
Whether you are new to HR, higher ed or CUPA-HR, or are a seasoned and experienced HR veteran, this afternoon will give you ideas, data and tools that can be used to continue improvement of your institution!

Join your fellow chapter members on October 20, 2017 in Syracuse NY to discuss On-boarding and the Employee 1st Year Experience! Representatives from Alfred State College, University at Buffalo and Cornell will share how they have improved their processes and analytics for supporting this important population.
The Upstate New York Chapter is under new leadership. We are looking forward to working with all of our member institutions in the Upstate New York Region.
