The CUPA-HR Northern & Central California Chapter holds a one-day annual in-person conference, typically in the Spring or early Summer. This event centers on a designated theme and focuses on connecting HigherEd HR professionals throughout California. There are typically two keynote speakers with several breakoutsessions throughout the day. Previous themes include: The Higher Ed HR Playbook, Navigating Today's Talent Ecosystem, and Putting Human Back into Human Resources. We look forward each year to connecting with our colleagues across the state.
