The Missouri College and University Professional Association-Human Resources (MCUPA-HR) is operated under formal bylaws at the direction of a Board of Directors. The Board is elected by the membership.
Conferences and meetings are scheduled annually. The meetings offer an opportunity to meet colleagues from other institutions, share ideas, and network with experts in a variety of human resources subjects.
MCUPA-HR is a recognized affiliated chapter of the College and University Professional Association-Human Resources- CUPA HR.

The Missouri College and University Professional Association-Human Resources (MCUPA-HR) provides leadership and the advancement of professionalism in Human Resources. MCUPA-HR promotes effective management and development through quality products and services to diverse institutions in higher education. The Association promotes the principle that employees are the key to success for each institution and that each individual has inherent worth in the workplace.
