2024-25 Chapter Board Application and Selection Process

Thank you for your interest in supporting the CUPA-HR Georgia Chapter. If you are interested in serving on the 2024-25 chapter board, please complete the board application form.

Before submitting an application, please note that:

  • The Georgia Chapter board meets monthly, and officers are required to attend 80% of meetings per year.
  • At-large board members are asked to chair a committee and/or serve in an officer-elect role.
  • The estimated time commitment is, generally, two to four hours per month.
  • Open positions for the 2024-25 term are:
    • President-Elect (2024-2025) / President (2025-2026)
    • Secretary
    • At-Large Member - Governance
    • At-Large Member - Member Engagement
    • At-Large Member - Program and Events
    • At-Large Member - Secretary-Elect
    • At-Large Member - Treasurer-Elect

Selection Process:

The board’s Governance Committee will review all applications and then invite applicants to the April board meeting. If you remain interested in serving on the board, we will schedule an interview and answer any questions you may have. After interviews for all positions are completed, the Governance Committee will recommend a slate of officers for adoption by the full board no later than May. You will be notified of your status shortly thereafter.
