Board positions

The CUPA-HR Arizona Chapter is seeking self-nominations for two At-Large Member positions for the 2026-2027 Board.

At-Large Board Members support the Chapter’s initiatives and work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to advance strategic priorities in areas such as communications, corporate partnerships, and other responsibilities aligned with the member’s strengths and the Chapter’s needs. At-Large Members also chair or co-chair at least one Chapter committee for a minimum of one year.

If you or someone you know is interested in contributing to the continued success of Arizona CUPA-HR, please submit a nomination here.  Nominations must be received by September 23, 2026, 5 p.m. MST and election results will be announced by October 1, 2026.

Chapter Committees

The Arizona Chapter would not exist without the generous commitment of our higher education Human Resources volunteers.

Chapter Committee membership is open to all higher education HR professionals in the state of Arizona. Committee Members commit to the Chapter and its activities by participating in virtual meetings, planning and events. Members are strongly encouraged to share their expertise, insights, and best practices, by contributing to the growth and success of the Chapter.

Active involvement in various committees provides members with a platform to gain valuable leadership experience and enhance their professional development, addressing the dynamic challenges present in higher education human resources. Committees include: Communications, Governance, Conference, Sponsorship, Professional Development.
