The Missouri College and University Professional Association-Human Resources (MCUPA-HR) is operated under formal bylaws at the direction of a Board of Directors. The Board is recommended by a Nominating Committee and elected by the membership.
Both institutional and individual memberships are welcome. Dues are affordable at $55 annually per institution or individual.
Conferences and meetings are scheduled annually, typically in October. The meetings offer an opportunity to meet colleagues from other institutions, share ideas, and network with experts in a variety of human resources subjects.
MCUPA-HR is a recognized affiliated chapter of the College and University Professional Association-Human Resources- CUPA HR.

The Missouri College and University Professional Association-Human Resources (MCUPA-HR) provides leadership and the advancement of professionalism in Human Resources. MCUPA-HR promotes effective management and development through quality products and services to diverse institutions in higher education. The Association promotes the principle that employees are the key to success for each institution and that each individual has inherent worth in the workplace.
