Kimberli has been a key member of the Inova Health System since 2011, fulfilling the role of Marketing Communications Executive & Public Information Officer for Inova L. J. Murphy Children’s Hospital and the Inova Children’s Service line within the healthcare system. In this capacity, Kimberli spearheads the execution of strategic marketing and communication plans, playing a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for both external and internal executive stakeholders. Notably, Kimberli's innate talent for storytelling enhances the effectiveness of these initiatives.

Kimberli is a distinguished alumna of Alabama A & M University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing. She furthered her education by obtaining an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School, solidifying her expertise in the field.
