For the first time this year, your board of directors is pleased to host a multi-day conference at the historic Publick House in Sturbridge, MA. The Publick House is nestled on acres of beautiful countryside in the heart of New England and is the perfect setting for a two-day conference. The conference will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2019 and continue through 12:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26th. (Driving directions can be found by clicking here.)
Please share this invitation with other members of your institution who may be interested in attending this program!
Our agenda for both days will cover a wide range of HR functional areas. Sessions will include:

Join Andrea Averill, Senior Consultant at Sibson Consulting, as she helps us explore existing performance management systems, and outlines step you can take to establish more effective programs for your organization.
3 Conversations All Managers Need to Master
Managers influence and lead through the words they use and the communication skills they apply. Join Mark Donovan, Director of Client Solutions at the The Ken Blanchard Companies; Michelle Shone, Manager, Channel Development; and John Bogdan Director of Employment at Boston College, as they share how they used goal-setting, feedback, and one-on-one conversations to build trust within their teams. They did it, and so can you!
