Annual Conference

The 2026 Conference will be November 5-6, 2026 at The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center in Lewis Center, Ohio. A link to conference registration will be available in summer 2026.

Interested in presenting? The 2026 Call for Programs is live. Proposals are due June 30, 2026 and selected presenters will be notified by September 1, 2026.

Registration rates: 

• Early bird registration (July 1 - September 15): $225 for two days or $125 for one day*
• Regular registration (September 16 - October 15): $250 for two days or $150 for one day*
• Late registration (October 16 - November 4): $275 for two days or $175 for one day*
• On-site/walk-up registration: $300 for two days or $200 for one day*
  • Payment for late and on-site registration will be due at time of registration

*One-day registration rates do not include dinner
