The Nevada Chapter of College and University Professional Association (NV CUPA-HR) follows the
mission of the National CUPA-HR organization which serves higher education HR professionals and
their institutions by providing high quality resources that sustain performance, enhance capabilities,
increase effectiveness, expand career options, and support efforts to advance and promote the
higher education human resource (HE-HR) profession.

Code of Professional Ethics

The purpose of this is to provide a set of principles to guide higher education human resources professionals as they perform roles within their institutions and as members, volunteers and leaders of CUPA-HR.
