We’re excited to welcome the team from SixFifty, a legal technology company that helps organizations navigate emerging compliance challenges through practical tools and expert-led education. With deep expertise in employment law and policy, SixFifty’s presenters will guide us through the evolving landscape of AI in HR.

Their session will explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and employment practices, with a particular focus on new legislation set to take effect in 2026 in California, Illinois, and Colorado. Attendees will learn how AI is reshaping compliance in hiring, performance management, and employee relations, and what HR teams can do now to prepare.

Learning objectives include:

  • Get a breakdown of proposed regulations and other AI-related legal trends in 2026 that should be on your HR team's radar

  • Understand the intricacies of key AI legislation already enacted in California, Illinois, Colorado, and New York—and why they might serve as a bellwether for how other states approach AI legislation

  • Learn how to create an “AI Use Policy" to manage how your employees use AI, so you can better protect your business
