Human Resources in higher education is challenging. We’re facing unprecedented times, asked to do more with less. You’re not in this alone! CUPA-HR and our Minnesota Chapter, MnCUPA-HR, have a variety of events for you to learn, refresh, and connect with others.
MnCUPA-HR’s Spring Conference
June 13, 2019
Metropolitan State University
Registration is still open. Come prepared to be energized!
We’ll be spending the day looking at how we can energize both what we do and who we are as human resource professionals.
Registration will begin at 8:30am. From 9:00am – 4:00pm we will have a keynote speaker, multiple breakout sessions, and a legal update. Our keynote speaker will be Sara Christianson, President and CEO of Ideation Consulting. Her presentation HRyou ready? will explore the progressive trends, challenges and future opportunities that we face as HR professionals. Our breakout sessions will explore areas such as performance reviews, engagement, recruiting and retaining professionals of color, our own personal and professional development, and more! Following the conference, there will be a Happy Hour and Networking Reception across the street at Yoerg Brewing Company, compliments of MnCUPA-HR.
See the 2019 Spring Conference Agenda for more detail. Parking vouchers will be provided to attendees, compliments of MnCUPA-HR.
Because the planning required (e.g. ordering food and other supplies for the conference), our refund policy is as follows:
For Registrants: A refund will usually be made up to a week before the HR Conference.
For Sponsors: A refund will usually be made up to a month before the HR Conference.
