We are pleased to invite you to the 2026 Kansas and Missouri CUPA-HR Conference, a two-day event dedicated to exploring how institutions can rethink, redesign, and strengthen their workforce in response to the evolving future of HR in higher education.
Join colleagues from across Kansas and Missouri for engaging discussions, innovative ideas, and networking opportunities focused on the challenges and opportunities shaping higher education today.
Day 1 – Tuesday, September 22
Registration opens at 9:00 a.m., with the first session beginning at 10:00 a.m.
We are excited to kick off the conference with a keynote address from Jamie Weingart. Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of engaging breakout sessions led by knowledgeable speakers and industry professionals.
Attire: Business casual is encouraged.
Need a professional headshot? A photo booth will be available during the conference on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am to 5pm. This is on a first come first serve basis so please plan accordingly.

Day 2 – Wednesday, September 23
Day 2 begins at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude no later than 3:00 p.m.
School spirit attire is highly encouraged as we gather for our traditional state chapter photo. We also encourage attendees to stay until the conclusion of the conference to be eligible for prize drawings.
Registration & Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please do so no later than September 4, 2026. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee.
