Welcome to the website for the Minnesota Chapter of CUPA-HR (College and University Professional Association for Human Resources). Our members are human resource professionals and practitioners from a diverse group of higher education institutions in Minnesota. We strive to serve our membership through providing professional development opportunities at a reasonable cost and through providing networking opportunities and information sharing amongst our members.

The Minnesota Chapter of College and University Professional Association for Human Resources is seeking nominations for 5 upcoming vacant positions on our board. Our mission is to provide our membership with professional development opportunities and information sharing targeted towards HR Professionals working in higher education. We are a volunteer run organization and depend on members to step forth to assure that our chapter remains a valuable resource to you, our members. If you are interested in nominating yourself or someone else you think would be a good fit, please send nominations to our Nominating Committee (Lori Collard – lcollard@css.edu, Lora Steil – steil@stolaf.edu or Api Sulistyo – asulisty@macalester.edu).
