Menopause is a natural life stage that affects a significant portion of the higher education workforce, yet it remains largely misunderstood and under\u2011addressed in the workplace. This session explores the importance of menopause education and support as a critical component of employee wellness, equity, and retention. Drawing on real world implementation experience, the session highlights key learnings, available resources, outcomes observed after launching a menopause education series, and how the work can evolve over time.<\/p>\n

Participants will learn why it is essential to talk about menopause at work, how to thoughtfully plan and implement menopause education initiatives, and what sustainable support can look like beyond a single workshop or series.
