    Our spring conference theme was Civility, Unity, Professionalism, Adaptability and focused on ways that we can better exhibit these qualities in our workplaces and lives. The event was keynoted by Dr. Kyle Reyes and his presentation titled \"Lenses of Humanity: How reflection, connection, and empathy can heal our world.\"<\/p>\n

In line with the Spring 2025 theme of Civility, Unity, Professionalism, Adaptability we are hosting a webinar titled \u201cNavigating the Change Landscape.\u201d Change is a constant in our lives, often bringing uncertainty and a range of emotions. In this session, Linda Miller from Regence BlueCross BlueShield will introduce a practical tool to help you navigate change with clarity and confidence.<\/span><\/p>\n
