Theme: Building Bridges

The program featured two exceptional speakers:

  • Todd Davis, bestselling author and FranklinCovey thought leader, will kick off the day with a powerful, hands-on session on navigating workplace conflict.
  • Jeff Herring, Chief HR Officer at the University of Utah, will follow with a keynote titled “Human-Centered Leadership in an Era of Disruption.”

Spring 2025 Conference

March 28, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Our spring conference theme was Civility, Unity, Professionalism, Adaptability and focused on ways that we can better exhibit these qualities in our workplaces and lives. The event was keynoted by Dr. Kyle Reyes and his presentation titled "Lenses of Humanity: How reflection, connection, and empathy can heal our world."

Get ready for the CUPA-HR Utah Chapter’s 2025 spring conference with a pre-conference webinar coming February 27, 2025 at 11:00 AM! In line with the Spring 2025 theme of Civility, Unity, Professionalism, Adaptability we are hosting a webinar titled “Navigating the Change Landscape.” Change is a constant in our lives, often bringing uncertainty and a range of emotions. In this session, Linda Miller from Regence BlueCross BlueShield will introduce a practical tool to help you navigate change with clarity and confidence.

Fall 2024 Seminar

“From Innovation to Implementation.”

The seminar on Friday, October 25, 2025 at Weber State Davis campus in Layton, Utah. Attendees had opportunities to share and apply their thoughts with teams and colleagues from many different institutions. It was a great experience!
