Vaillancourt, PhD, Vice President and Senior Consultant, Organizational Effectiveness, this presentation explores how colleges and universities often respond to challenges one issue at a time, leading to fragmented solutions, competing priorities, and limited long-term impact. For HR leaders, the question is not just\u00a0<em>how<\/em>\u00a0to solve problems, but\u00a0<em>when<\/em>\u00a0a broader organizational assessment is the right intervention.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will gain practical guidance on how to recognize the signals that an assessment is needed, determine the appropriate scope (enterprise vs. unit-level), and position the work with senior leaders.
