Engagement, Innovation, and Inclusion”

Presented by Catherine Lilly, Senior Consultant, Sibson Consulting. 

In the higher ed workplace, the conventional structures used to organize how people work together often stifle inclusion and engagement. Is it possible to engage employees and help transform higher education by implementing simple, easy-to-learn engagement processes?

You will explore a contagious phenomenon spreading throughout the U.S., Canada and beyond called Liberating Structures. You will learn the extent of its reach, as well as the results colleges and universities are seeing from applying these tools and approaches. Participants will leave this session immediately able to utilize these new tools to more successfully lead their HR meetings, planning and problem solving sessions, and campus change initiatives.
