This session will offer insights into how HR leaders can position themselves as valued partners capable of building the coalitions and alliances needed to advance high-stakes agendas.\u00a0 The presentation will walk through a case study of how an HR team at a large public institution successfully implemented of a major change involving multiple stakeholder groups.\u00a0 This session will be interactive and invite participants to share techniques they use at their respective institutions to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in for HR initiatives.<\/p>\n
