\u201cWhere Focus Goes, Energy Flows\u201d<\/h1>\n

Join us at Kean University<\/u> for a half-day networking, lunch, and presentation event.\u00a0 Our events are designed to afford our chapter members the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the State of NJ and receive important industry information.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Organizational objectives continue to change significantly, and swiftly. Despite well-being being a priority, issues related to stress and burnout continue to erode well-being, resiliency, trust, and employee engagement while concerns around attracting and retaining talent are at an all-time high. What did we learn from the past several years about building workforce resilience and the impact of culture and leader influence on talent and well-being? As HR leaders, how do we tackle these issues and stay positive when we’re on the verge of burnout ourselves? In this session we will look at the data related to these trends and hear from an employer panel on how they are responding and how we can help support each other in the HR Community.<\/p>\n

Attendees will take away learning in the following areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • How physical, emotional, financial, and career well-being all connect and impact overall organizational well-being.<\/li>\n
  • The power of culture, trust, recognition, and leader influence and the impact on talent, DEI and employee well-being.<\/li>\n
  • The growing incidence of loneliness and how social connectedness is impacting performance and health.<\/li>\n
  • How employers are responding, and discussing HR for HR – how we can support each other as a community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
