We are here as an official extension of the national College and University Professional Association for Human Resources to represent public and private universities and colleges in New Jersey. What\u2019s in store in 2025-2026!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Tuesday Talks<\/strong><\/span> - Join for our newest event - Tuesday Talks \u2014 your monthly dose of bite-sized professional development! This virtual series follows a \"book club\" format where each month we\u2019ll recommend a short LinkedIn Learning course (or other training) for you to watch at your convenience. Then, we\u2019ll gather for a one-hour virtual discussion to reflect, share takeaways, and explore how to apply what we\u2019ve learned in our everyday work.\u00a0\u00a0Whether you\u2019re looking to sharpen your HR skills, boost leadership confidence, or explore timely workplace topics, Tuesday Talks<\/strong> is your go-to space for growth, conversation, and connection.\u00a0\u00a0Come curious. Leave inspired!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Wisdom Wednesday\u2019s<\/span><\/strong> - We offer 1-hour virtual sessions in between our in-person events that will occur on the third Wednesday of a month. To that end, if any of you have a specific topic that you would like us to explore, please feel free to email us here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

CUPA-NJ \u2013 Champions<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 Are you passionate about HR?\u00a0 Are you a great communicator?\u00a0 Would you like to get more directly involved in supporting, growing and elevating our chapter.\u00a0 We are looking for a volunteer from each of our member institutions to serve as \u201cChampions\u201d.\u00a0 For more details visit our Champions page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

CUPA-NJ CARES! <\/span><\/strong>- We will continue our initiative to provide an opportunity for our attendees to \u201cgive back\u201d to our Host Institutions and their communities.\u00a0 At each event we will be asking those attending to bring a nominal donation [non-perishable food item, basic care items, new toy, gently used professional attire] that we will collect and provide to our Host Campus to donate to their on-campus\/local food pantry, Toy\u2019s 4 Tot\u2019s drive, Hire Attire, etc. as a Thank You for serving as our Host for the day.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re excited and eager to embark on the year ahead.\u00a0 It\u2019s going to be an awesome adventure, and we can\u2019t wait to see all of you in September!<\/p>\n
