The session will highlight emerging concepts such as task exposure, organizational deployment, and skills-based hiring, helping HR leaders make sense of how AI is transforming work across industries.<\/p>\n<p>Panelists will also explore practical applications of AI in HR, including recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, operations, and learning and development.
