The program brought together higher education HR professionals for a meaningful and engaging discussion focused on mental health, workplace culture, and the importance of self-care and psychological safety in today\u2019s work environment.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"700\">\ud83c\udfa4 Featured Speakers<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"1216\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.joshuarivedal.com\/\"><strong data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"720\">Joshua Rivedal<\/strong><\/a><br data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"723\" \/>Joshua Rivedal of <strong data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"768\">The i\u2019Mpossible Project<\/strong>\u2014author, stand-up comic, and mental health specialist\u2014delivered an impactful session blending storytelling, humor, and practical insight. His presentation emphasized the importance of prioritizing personal well-being in order to effectively support colleagues and teams. Attendees gained actionable strategies for managing stress, strengthening resilience, and building sustainable self-care practices applicable both professionally and personally.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1949\"><strong data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1239\">Carolyn Dellatore<\/strong><br data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1242\" \/>Carolyn Dellatore, Assistant Vice President for the <strong data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1347\">Office of Workplace Culture at Rutgers University<\/strong>, shared insights from her work leading initiatives in policy and employment practices, employment equity, organizational and talent development, conflict transformation, and employee wellness. Drawing on Rutgers\u2019 innovative <a href=\"https:\/\/uhr.rutgers.edu\/workplace-culture\/empact\"><strong data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1630\">Employee Partners for Conflict Transformation (EmPaCT)<\/strong><\/a> program and principles rooted in self-awareness, Carolyn highlighted practical strategies for transforming moments of tension into opportunities for growth and connection.
