Laura has a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master's degree in human resources, and has completed a graduate certificate in conflict resolution (allowing her to serve as a mediator). She has worked in higher education human resources for over 13 years after a 13-year career in healthcare operations. She is a trainer in Crucial Conversations, DiSC communication style and Seven Habits.
