A Free Full-day Chapter Conference event at Dominican University of California, San Rafael, CA 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday June 16th, 2017
Topic: Combining Change Management, Change Leadership and Leadership Development
Without change, no person nor organization can grow or develop. It is often said that people don’t resist “change” so much as they resist “being changed.” The idea behind change management is to proactively manage the people side of change to achieve the desired business results. So, the job of change management is clear: you have to explain why the affected people should want to change, and thereby cultivate readiness instead of resistance.
This seminar will look at tools and techniques to make successful change in companies and organizations, while also digging deeper into the benefits of applying coaching strategies and the necessity of powerful sponsorship for change implementation and success. The skills sets developed will empower and enlighten professionals to be leaders of change for their organizations.
