NC CUPA-HR is a growing, active, and vibrant community of higher ed HR professionals. Our membership includes HR professionals from all levels and across all functional areas of human
resources from public and private colleges and universities and community colleges across North Carolina. Membership provides access to networking, resources, conferences, and events specifically designed to equip higher ed HR professionals with the tools and knowledge necessary for success in today’s ever-changing world.

The NC CUPA-HR Chapter membership is free and open to all higher education HR professionals in our area!
To ensure you receive chapter updates and notices of upcoming chapter events, make sure you have an account with CUPA-HR. There is no charge to create an account and the process is easy! Simply create a free account on the CUPA-HR website. Be sure to identify your institution as your primary organization.
Membership is open to everyone! The annual membership period is July 1st through June 30th. All memberships are institutional. If the member/employee leaves the institution, the membership remains with the institution and a replacement can be moved into the slot. We strive for an engaged membership and encourage our members to attend events, actively network, and participate in the NC CUPA-HR community.
