If you have problems or questions, email <a href=\"mailto:memberservice@cupahr.org\">memberservice@cupahr.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>* Anyone who has made a purchase or registered for an event on the CUPA-HR website, or who is on the membership roster of a member institution, has an account and can recover login information on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/my.cupahr.org\/\"><strong>the login page<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0Individuals who do not have an account can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/my.cupahr.org\/\"><strong>create one<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0at no charge.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Welcome to the CUPA-HR Missouri Chapter community! Please take a few minutes to explore the site. Here are a few pointers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To post a discussion, click on the orange Add in the Latest Discussion Posts box.<\/li>\n<li>You can also post a discussion using the communities' email address\u00a0<u><a href=\"mailto:cupahr-mo@connectedcommunity.org\">cupahr-mo@connectedcommunity.org<\/a>.<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Any discussions shared to your community will be placed under the Discussions tab. If an attachment is included, the attachment will be stored in the Library.<\/li>\n<li>To respond to a discussion post, please navigate to the discussion post link and click \"Reply to Discussion\" to send your message to the entire community.\u00a0 To send a message to the only author of the post, please select \"Reply to Sender\" (located in the \"Reply to Discussion\" drop-down).\u00a0 We recommend replying to the sender for simple comments like \"me, too\" that add little value to the overall discussion; and replying to the entire community when you are sharing knowledge, experience or resources that others could benefit from.<\/li>\n<li>To view the members of your chapter community, click on Members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You'll notice tabs at the top of each page:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Home takes you to the home page for Connect<\/li>\n<li>Communities will take you to the list of communities<\/li>\n<li>The Directory tab allows you to search for members in all communities.<\/li>\n<li>The Participate tab has three options:<\/li>\n<li>FAQs-As you are exploring your chapter community, feel free to reference the FAQs if you have questions.<\/li>\n<li>You can post a message under the Participate tab. This allows you to post a question to any community you have joined. You must select the community name in the To Field.<\/li>\n<li>Under the Participate tab, there is an option to share a file. This will place a file in the library of the community you designate at the top of the form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To update the frequency of emails from this community. Navigate to your profile and click on the \"My Account\" tab. Choose \"Community Notifications\" from the drop-down menu.\u00a0 On that page under Notification Settings, there are Discussion Email subscription options: Real Time, Daily Digest, No Email.<\/p>\n<p>For each discussion, you have the following delivery options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Real time<\/u>: sends an email every time a new message is posted.<\/li>\n<li><u>Daily digest<\/u>: sends one email to you each day, consolidating all of the posts from the previous day.<\/li>\n<li><u>No Email<\/u>: allows you to be part of the group without having emails sent to you.
