Mentoring relationships will be determined according to the interests and needs of the mentee, the abilities and skills of the mentor, and the overall participation in the program. This program is currently in pilot phase for 2026-2027.\u00a0 We want to build upon the program framework and solicit feedback along the way in hopes to make this a long lasting program for the chapter.\u00a0 <strong style=\"color: #000000\">How the Program Works: <\/strong>Participants may <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/d7tX7E7WQeSsmXhTA\"><span>sign up by completing the interest form<\/span><\/a><span> to be mentees, mentors, or both. The Mentoring Program Committee will assign mentors and mentees in pairs as close to their preferences as possible. The participating pairs will meet independently at least one per month so they meet at least six times through the program timeframe of November to April. The Mentoring Program Committee will provide optional agendas and CUPA-HR resources to the participants. At the end of the program, participants will complete an evaluation survey of their experience with the program.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Annual Chapter Conference<\/strong> -
