For the minimum salary rule amendment, the presentation will overview the substance of the rule change and salary calculation, discuss preparation dos and don\u2019ts, and preview potential legal challenges.<\/p>\n<p>With respect to court actions, the presentation will explore ongoing litigation addressing whether college athletes qualify as employees and a very new jury verdict awarding nearly $100,000,000 for timeclock rounding errors that are often overlooked. Both or our membership populations where telling us they wanted more opportunities to network with their peers, so we are called our event last spring an unconference!
