About the Event:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Join us for a day of in-person wellness sessions and activities designed to help you recharge, reconnect, and refocus as we head into the second half of the fall semester!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019ll kick things off with a dynamic session exploring self-awareness and its impact on our overall well-being. From there, we\u2019ll move into a guided stretch-from-your-desk activity, followed by a brief conversation focused on financial wellness. We\u2019ll wrap up the day with a relaxing meditative drawing session, no artistic experience required!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t miss this opportunity to connect with fellow HR professionals, enjoy some wellness-focused activities, collect a few fun swag items, and most importantly, take a moment to check in with yourself and your well-being.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
