 The Higher Education Leadership Institute (HELI) is a collaborative program between Bucknell University, Dickinson College  and Gettysburg College. The program capitalizes on effectively using resources within the three institutions as well as in the local communities to develop a leadership program that provides experiential learning, inter-organizational relationships, and cohort diversity.
