I\u2019m Erika, the Employee Engagement Lead at Howard University, and it\u2019s truly an honor to serve as your 2025\u20132026 Chapter President. I\u2019m incredibly excited about the year ahead and look forward to working alongside each of you to make this a meaningful and impactful year for our CUPA-HR community.<\/p>\n

In addition to serving as your Chapter President, I\u2019m also thrilled to share that I\u2019ve been selected as one of twelve HR professionals nationwide to participate in the 2025\u20132026 CUPA-HR Emerging Leaders Program. It\u2019s an exciting opportunity for growth and collaboration\u2014and I\u2019m eager to bring fresh insights and experiences back to our chapter.<\/p>\n

I want to extend heartfelt thanks to our incredible CUPA-HR DC Metro Chapter board members. Their dedication, creativity, and leadership continue to elevate our work and bring our shared vision to life. Together, we\u2019ve been hard at work planning a dynamic lineup of professional development and networking events for the year ahead.
