Q. Who is eligible for membership and to attend chapter meetings and activities for the Alabama Chapter?

A.The CUPA-HR Alabama Chapter membership is free and open to all higher education HR professionals in our area! Chapter events are open to all higher education HR professionals in our area.

To ensure you receive chapter updates and notices of upcoming chapter events, make sure you have an account with CUPA-HR. There is no charge to create an account and the process is easy! Simply create a free account on the CUPA-HR website. Be sure to identify your institution as your primary organization.

Q. What dues are charged for membership?

A. The CUPA-HR ALACUPA-HR Chapter membership is free and open to all higher education HR professionals in our area!

Q. Where are chapter offices located?

A. The chapter will not have a permanent staff or business address, and will depend on volunteers and support from member institutions and organizations when conducting business. The business address will be decided by the current chair. Correspondence may be directed to the appropriate officer listed under Board Members.

Q. What are the dates of the chapter fiscal year?

A. The corporation fiscal year is July 1 to June 30. (The business year for annual terms of the elected board and membership records is October 1 – September 30).
