MANAGING CHANGE
Keynote Speaker: Paul Butler, Client Partner, Newleaf Training and Development
Change seems to be the only constant, that’s for sure. Organizational teams that thrive in today’s ever changing marketplace are clear on their desired state; they know where they want to lead their customers and what’s most important to those customers; what conditions need to exist for their people to do their best work; what the leadership culture needs to be and how to measure success. How about you and your organization? Are you clear on where your organizational team is headed in 2012?

Enthusiasm is the word that best describes Paul! Paul’s energy, coupled with a passion for effective learning makes his keynotes highly engaging and meaningful for the participants.
