Dear Fellow Rocky Mountain CUPA Member,

I would like to invite you to continue your membership with the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (Rocky Mountain CUPA-HR Membership Application).  We are an official chapter of the National CUPA-HR organization representing public and private colleges and universities in Colorado, Nebraska and Southern Wyoming. We have an exciting conference schedule and program agenda planned for 2011-2012!

Since our establishment in 1991, we have steadily grown into a very active organization providing excellent professional development and networking opportunities to our members, business partners and associates.  We are very excited to announce our conference schedule for 2011-2012:

  • Winter Conference is scheduled for December 1 and 2 in Estes Park, Colorado.  This conference typically focuses on employment law/legal issues; compensation, recruitment, and more.
  • Spring Conference is scheduled for March 2.  This conference focuses on benefits.
  • Summer Conference is scheduled for June 14 and 15.  This conference focuses on legal and legislative updates (federal and local); employee engagement; and other emerging topics.

Your membership dues and corporate partnership make it possible for the Chapter to present a wide range of topics, such as new issues in employment law, trends in organizational effectiveness, benefits and compensation, recruitment and more.  This year, our Winter Conference will again be held in Estes Park at the historic Stanley Hotel at a very affordable rate.  Save the date and watch for registration information and agenda details with in the next couple of months.  

Please complete the attached membership application.  You may either pay by credit card and fax the form to the number on the attached membership form or return the form with a $75.00 payment for your institution’s dues to the address indicated on the application.  Please note that only one Rocky Mountain CUPA-HR Membership Application is needed per institution. 

Remember, attending CUPA chapter conferences may earn you recertification credit hours towards your PHR/SPHR recertification.
