Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR)

We are an official chapter of the National CUPA-HR organization representing public and private colleges and universities in Colorado, Nebraska and Southern Wyoming.  Since our establishment in 1991, we have grown into an active organization providing professional development and networking opportunities to our members, business partners and associates.

We are very excited to announce our conference schedule for 2011-2012:

• Winter Conference occurred on December 1 and 2 in Estes Park, Colorado.  This conference focused on employment law/legal issues; compensation, recruitment, and more.
• Spring Conference occurred on March 2 at the Lowry Conference Center in Denver, Colorado.  This conference focused on benefits.
• Summer Conference is scheduled for June 14 and 15.  This conference will focus on legal and legislative updates (federal and local); employee engagement; and other emerging topics.
