Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR)

We are an official chapter of the National CUPA-HR organization representing public and private colleges and universities in Colorado, Nebraska and Southern Wyoming.  Since our establishment in 1991, we have grown into an active organization providing professional development and networking opportunities to our members, business partners and associates.

Conference Schedule for 2012-2013:

• Winter Conference was held on December 6-7 at The Stanley Hotel in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado.  This conference focused on employment law/legal issues; compensation, recruitment, and more.
• Summer Conference was held on June 5-7 at the Ameristar Hotel in historic Black Hawk, Colorado.  This conference focused on legal and legislative updates (federal and local); employee engagement; and other emerging topics.
